Mark Womack was born in Sanford and raised in the small town of Mamers, North Carolina. He worked as a Tool and Die maker until having a life-changing conversation with Andy Albright in October of 1999. Mark had met Andy through a prior business venture in July of 1997, but he remembers their later conversation vividly. The two were hanging out at Andy’s house when Andy told Mark to “get a license” to sell insurance. Mark didn’t think twice when he responded, with his customary dry humor, “I always wanted to be an insurance agent”. Within a week, Mark had his license and proudly showed it to Andy. Thirty days later, he quit his job, left his parent’s house in North Carolina, and moved to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where Andy already rented a satellite apartment. Mark found an apartment and went to work selling insurance. Then, in July of 2002, Mark again had a crucial conversation with Andy. “Andy told me that he, Barry and Philip were starting a new world and that I was going to be a part of it.” Mark has never regretted the decision to join National Agents Alliance®. Referring to his mentor, Mark says “everything I know and have has been influenced by Andy”. And he enjoys the work. “The people: the owners, the administrative staff, the other agents, the managers, everyone is great to work with.”And Mark likes the variety of opportunities available with National Agents Alliance®. “I like being able to choose where I want to go with the company. I can work part-time, be a small agency manager, be a big agency manager, or go all the way and have an unbelievable lifestyle. Because of NAA®’s vision, anyone starting out has the possibility of becoming an Alex Fitzgerald or an Art Leazer. All because of Andy, Barry, and Philip’s dedication”. Mark also enjoys helping others through National Agents Alliance®. “It has been extremely rewarding to have helped hundreds of people a month protect their homes and their families’ futures.” And in addition to helping those families, Mark has shown others the way to success.” I like being able to help others reach their goals and make six-figure incomes through National Agents Alliance®”. Mark attributes his success with National Agents Alliance® to “listening to Andy”. He encourages all new agents to follow four simple guidelines: “Follow the system. It works! Be coachable and teachable. Plug into the system. And listen to your managers and the people who brought you into the business.” And Mark is proof that the system works. Since joining National Agents Alliance® he has “been to places I never thought I would go, met people I never thought I would meet, and made more money than I ever dreamed I could make”. Mark plans to continue traveling and meeting new people. He has also discovered a newfound freedom he never thought possible. Both he and his brother Chris are avid race car drivers and working for National Agents Alliance® has given Mark the time and financial stability to continue that passion. He loves coming to North Carolina to race, watch his brother race, and work on their race cars. His future goals include expanding his business and continuing to help others through National Agents Alliance®. As Mark puts it, “I want to keep living life in a way I never thought possible”.
